Townsend Bell has developed an accomplished and diverse resume since setting his sights on a racing career in 1996. Powered by determination and a knack for putting deals in place, the California native stepped from driving school to the cockpit of a Formula 1 chassis in a scant seven years. He has received accolades as a color commentator for Formula One and IndyCar Series coverage, became the first American to earn an F3000 podium, has competed at the highest levels of U.S. open-wheel racing in the IndyCar and Champ Car Series and finished fourth in last year’s Indianapolis 500. In 2009, he launched a sponsorship coaching program to help drivers, teams and sponsors maximize their sponsorship efforts.
